An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Care Co-ordinator to join our home care team based in our Wythenshawe office, on a permanent full time basis
This role requires someone who has already had experience of working in a fast paced homecare business and is used to juggling lots of tasks and delivering great customer service to customers and colleagues. Within this role you be responsible for managing the rotas of the care staff within this busy domiciliary care business, maintaining electronic records and supporting on any incoming queries .
Previous experience as a Care Co-ordinator is essential. Experience of Rota Management in domiciliary and Electronic Call Monitoring Systems is essential, as you will be required to undertake Co-ordinating. NVQ 3 (or above), in Health and Social Care, essential.

You may be the only person the service user sees over a period of time; it is therefore essential to report any changes or causes for concern to your line manager promptly. You need to be clear about when to seek help and advice in order to keep service users safe and promote their well-being.
Duties Care and support Give non-discriminatory care and support that values the diverse and unique qualities of each service user. See the whole person and not merely a list of care needs. Carefully listen and observe how service users prefer their care and support to be delivered on a day to day basis. Help them make their own decisions and to be as independent as possible.
